Monday, November 2, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethany Missionary Baptist Church in Onia, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Monday morning at the church.
Officiating will be: Pastor Gary Don Fletcher.
Music provided by: Jeanie Fletcher - soloist and Jeff Choate - soloist.
Interment will be in the Pordue Cemetery near Onia, Arkansas.
Pallbearers: Andrew Fletcher, David Fletcher, Fred Fletcher, Eldo Fletcher, Allan Morris, Wayne Harlan, Ray C. Gower and Chris Carter. Honorary pallbearers: Bryan Johnson, Troy Kehoe, Jeff Choate, Abby Johnson, Joey Johnson, Logan Kehoe and Zach Kehoe.
Truman Doyne Fletcher passed away at 5:35 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at his home in Vandalia. Doyne grew up in Vandalia and was a 1965 Van-Far High School graduate. He went to work shortly after graduating from high school at Harbison Walker Refractories. Doyne had 42 years at Harbison Walker until his health prevented him from working any longer. He enjoyed attending car shows and fixing up cars, as well as other outdoor activities.
Born: July 31, 1947 in West Helena, Arkansas the son of L. E. and Rodena (Moore) Fletcher.

Survivors include: parents, L. E. and Rodena Fletcher of Timbo, Arkansas; three daughters: Robyn and husband, Bryan Johnson of Ballwin, Missouri; Stephanie and husband, Troy Kehoe of Chico, Texas and Alison Fletcher of Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Wayne Fletcher of Vandalia, Missouri; four grandchildren: Abby Johnson and Joey Johnson; Logan Kehoe and Zach Kehoe; also survived by his very special friend, Betty Cinkan of Vandalia, Missouri.
Preceded in death by: sister Brenda Fowler of Vandalia, Missouri.
