Ronald Wayne Hopkins

Ronald Wayne Hopkins, age 59, of Irvine, CA passed away on July 20, 2022.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Waters Funeral Home of Vandalia.

Ronald was born in Nebraska, the son of Robert E. Hopkins and June (Grote) Hopkins.

Survivors include one brother; Terry Hopkins (Kelly) of Silex MO; two sisters, Sandy Caldwell (Kenneth) Vandalia MO; Lillian "Lil" Hopkins, Mexico Mo.

Ronald  was preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Charles "Gene" Hopkins and sister-n-law; Kristy Hopkins.

Ronald attended Van-Far schools and graduated in 1980.

Ronald joined the Army and served as an Officer in both active duty and the National Guard.

Ronald enjoyed fishing and camping whenever he got the chance.

Private services will be at a later date and time.
