Officiating will be: Bro. Sammy Lorton, Bro. Nathan Detmer & Bro. John Hollenbeck.
Music provided by: Charles & Steve Nutt - duet; selected favorite hymns.
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens with full military honors.

Elmer Thomas "Tom" Lybarger passed away at 2:25 p.m. on Thursday August 5, 2010 at his home in Vandalia. He was a lifelong Vandalia area resident and attended area schools. Tom served his country at the end of WWII in the U.S. Army. Upon returning home from the service, he started working at Harbison Walker Refractories in the maintenance department. Tom retired in 1991 after over 43 years of service at H/W. He was a longtime member of the Bible Holiness Church in Vandalia and had many hobbies. Tom was a member of the Sportsman's Club in Vandalia and Farber. He was also a member of the Prairie Rangers CB Club and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, boating, gardening, photography and woodworking.
Born: April 4, 1927 north of Vandalia to Ervin Garrison and Norma Bell (Welch)Lybarger.
Married: Claudine Lovelace on June 8, 1947 in Bowling Green, Missouri.
Survivors include: Wife, Claudine of Vandalia; four sons, James E. & Judy Lybarger of Jackson, TN; Douglas E. Lybarger of Perry, MO; Dwayne E. & Mary Ann Lybarger of Melvin, IL and Travis D. & Cheryl Lybarger of Laddonia, MO; five daughters, Donna Jean Bartlow of Hannibal, MO; Paula K. & Jim Sites of Centralia, MO; Tami L. & Roy Grawe of Laddonia, MO; Robyn G. & Tom Maggard of Protem, MO and Dawn R. & Kenny Glover of Hannibal, MO. Twenty grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Five brothers: Marion Lybarger, Homer Lybarger, Bill Lybarger, Melvin Lybarger and Henry Lybarger and one sister, Alta Marie Lybarger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Missouri Veterans Home and/or The Bible Holiness Church in Vandalia, MO and/or Hospice Compassus and/or the Lybarger family.
