Officiating will be: Pastor Dusty Morgan.
Music provided by: selected favorite hymns.
Interment of his cremains will be in the Vandalia Cemetery at a later date.

Cottle P. Ogden passed away at approximately 12:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at his home in Vandalia, Missouri.

Born: June 15, 1919 in rural Lincoln County, Missouri the son of Harry Preston and Flora Gertrude (Cottle) Ogden.

Married: Ara O'Laura Damron on January 29, 1942 in Phoenix, Arizona; she survives at the home.

Survivors include: one son, Phillip M. Ogden of Vandalia, Missouri; one daughter, Cheryl O. and husband, Gary Culver of Summerfield, Illinois; three grandchildren, Melissa Smith of Memphis, Missouri; Michael David Ogden of Vandalia; James Preston Culver of Annapolis, Missouri; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Preceded in death by: one son and one daughter that died in infancy; one brother, Guy Ferdinand Ogden; three sisters, Lily Hall Ash; Opal Lee Hannah; Harriet Emily Bailey.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the American Lung Association or the United Methodist Church, 201 N. Jefferson St. Vandalia, Missouri 63382.
