Tuesday, November 16, 2010 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Bible Holiness Church in Elsberry, Missouri.
Service:

Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bible Holiness Church in Elsberry, Missouri.
Officiating will be: Pastor George M. Prior.
Music provided by: church.
Interment of his cremains will be in the Star Hope Cemetery near Elsberry at a later date.

Charles Everett Palmer passed away unexpectedly at his home in rural Vandalia on Saturday, November 13, 2010. He was a longtime resident of the Troy and Elsberry area and attended Elsberry schools. After school, Charles attended the Elsberry Diesel Mechanic School and had worked as a truck driver for Gerald Todd for over 10 years. He was a member of the Briscoe Holiness Church and enjoyed music and playing his guitars. Charles also enjoyed deer hunting, farming and raising cattle and horses.

Born: October 18, 1957 in Troy, Missouri the son of Eldie George and Dolly JoAnn (Ellis) Palmer.

Married: Carrie Mae Wright on October 1, 1975; she survives.

Survivors include: mother, Dolly JoAnn Palmer of Foley, Missouri; wife, Carrie of Troy, Missouri; one son, Donald L. and wife, Stephanie Palmer of Foley; one daughter, Carrie M. Palmer and fiance, Daniel Tow of Troy; two brothers: Eldie G. Palmer Jr. of Ohio and William Walter Palmer of rural Vandalia; one sister, Clara Jo Johnson of St. Charles, Missouri; three grandchildren: Brandon Robertson and Justin Tow both of Troy and Kailee Palmer of Foley.

Memorials are encouraged to the Bible Holiness Church in Elsberry, Missouri.
